You will be working closely with Jonathan, our VP of Product & Sales, and his dynamic team across Europe. Are you a skilled graduate or professional seeking an exciting opportunity to work closely with a dynamic leadership team? We are looking for an Office & Business Associate (m/f/d) to join our international, friendly, and collaborative team in Vienna. This is the perfect role for someone who enjoys contributing to company operations improvement and progress while being in the office regularly, with some flexibility to work remotely after an agreement is made. Gaining exposure to various projects and collaborating across teams is also a valuable benefit of the role.

• Oversee all aspects of office management and senior team coordination, including facilities, supplies, and services.
• Act as a focal point on all matters related to the senior leadership team, as well as with external partners and stakeholders.
• Support the preparation of presentations and stay on top of key meeting documentations.
• Gain exposure to the project management activities and provide hands-on support to different teams across WDL.
• Help support key WDL initiatives to drive new business and grow existing clients.
• Bring aboard a positive mindset and be open to learning something new on a regular basis

YOUR PROFILE
Required: 

• Previous experience in supporting and coordinating of a various tasks and responsibilities;
• High level of problem-solving skills, Microsoft Office and overall IT savviness;
• Excellent organization-, communication- (verbal and written), and interpersonal skills;
• Attention to detail as well as structured and analytical way of thinking;
• Fluency in German and English is essential
• Ability to work and be flexible in a fast-paced scale-up environment;
• Strong cultural awareness and high sensibility to deal with cultural and geographical diversity.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new things

Preferred: 

• Bachelor in business administration, or other related areas

We offer a base salary starting at EUR 34.622 gross/per year and individual overpayment based on previous experience.
