Location: Shoreditch, London HQ  - (3 days in office)
Working pattern: Full-time - 40 hours per week (inclusive of 1 hour paid lunch)

The Role
As CRM Executive, you’ll own the customer journey, crafting data-driven campaigns that boost engagement, retention, and loyalty. You’ll develop automated lifecycle communications that turn new users into power riders and keep them coming back.

You’ll work across marketing, product, and tech teams to ensure our CRM efforts are personalised, efficient, and impactful. Whether it’s launching a new promo, optimising Braze automations, or refining our retention strategy, you’ll be the go-to expert in CRM at Beryl.

Key Responsibilities

CRM Strategy & Execution

  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle marketing strategy, from onboarding to re-engagement.
  • Build and optimise automated campaigns, including Welcome Series, Lapsed User Journeys, and Pass & Bundle Promotions.
  • Manage Braze to ensure smart segmentation, personalisation, and automation.
  • Test and optimise messaging, timing, and content through A/B testing.

 Data-Driven Growth

  • Define and track key retention KPIs (Week 1 Retention, Monthly Active Riders, Pass Adoption, New Riders etc.).
  • Use Looker dashboards to analyse user behavior and campaign performance.
  • Experiment with segmentation and dynamic content to improve conversion rates.

Promo & Voucher Management

  • Create and manage promo codes in Voucherify, ensuring seamless tracking and redemption.
  • Work with councils and corporate partners to launch and monitor discount campaigns.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing, product, data, and ops teams to align CRM initiatives with business goals.
  • Partner with the tech team to troubleshoot and improve audience filtering in Braze.
  • Support city-specific campaigns, ensuring a localised and personalised approach.

Customer-Centric Engagement

  • Develop messaging that speaks to different user personas (commuters, tourists, leisure riders).
  • Ensure all communications feel personalised, engaging, and action-driven.
  • Use push notifications, IAMs, and emails to re-engage lapsed users.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Braze or similar CRM platforms.
  • Knowledge of Looker, or customer data tools.
  • Background in mobility, travel, or subscription-based businesses.
