Le Responsable R&D est chargé de l'animation du service R&D, en plus de ses missions de chef de projet.

Les principales missions :

Aspect technique :

Gestion des projets R&D de la Business Unit
Proposition, développement et validation de nouvelles méthodes correspondant aux attentes du marché
Qualification de nouveaux équipements
Optimisation et fiabilisation de méthodes existantes

Aspect management :

Animation de l'équipe R&D : organisation des réunions, gestion des absences / suppléances
Passage des consignes générales et suivi du respect de ces consignes dans le service
Représentation du service R&D dans la communication avec les autres services
Participation aux recrutements de l'équipe

Aspect qualité :

Respect des procédures et de l'homogénéité de traitement dans le service
Connaissance de la norme ISO 17025 et des processus d'accréditation du COFRAC
