Responsibilities:

  • Ongoing commercial and technical support for customers in the region

  • co-creation of sales strategy

  • Conscientious implementation of the adopted sales plans

  • Responsibility of all processes related to professional service of key customers (including maintaining contact with them by phone, e-mail or direct contact, presenting the company's offer, etc.).

  • Preparation of reports on marketing activities

  • Creation of reports on the achievement of sales targets

  • Observation and analysis of the activities of competing companies and general market research

  • Monitoring of the potential of the company's key customers

  • Cooperation with the sales and technical department on continues tasks

Qualifications:

  • Technical education, preferable mechanical faculties

  • >3 years of experience in handling customer relationships

  • Good knowledge of English to enable communication especially in writing (prerequisite)

  • Good knowledge of MS office

  • Communicativeness and  ease of establishing contacts

  • Strong negotiation skills

  • Independence and commitment as well as high motivation to work in a global organization
