Job Summary:
We are looking for a customer success project coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with sales, field services, engineers and other departments to manage existing customer relationships, onboard new customers and collaborate cross-functionally to drive project activities to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage Customer Relationships & Engagement:
- Develop strong relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and long-term success.
- Proactively communicate with customers on a regular basis to ensure a consistent and reliable flow of information
- Track customer interactions, key account milestones, and engagement metrics to drive strategic account planning.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of InductEV products and their capabilities. Stay up to date with new features and communicate changes to customers.
Project Manage Customer Success Activities:
- Track customer onboarding, account health, and overall project launch status in Wrike, the organization’s project management platform.
- Establish and monitor project timelines, key milestones, and deliverables to ensure smooth onboarding and continued engagement.
- Follow up with internal stakeholders to track progress on tasks and escalate risks proactively.
Onboard New Customers:
- Partner with sales, OEM integrations, engineering and supply chain to ensure a smooth onboarding experience, mapping out clear milestones and timelines.
- Track onboarding progress in Wrike, updating stakeholders on key deliverables and risks. Develop and refine onboarding checklists and workflows to improve efficiency and consistency.
Track & Report on Core Customer Metrics:
- Monitor customer health indicators such as utilization, energy usage, and NPS to ensure engagement.
- Generate customer reports and insights to drive data-informed decision-making.
- Regularly update stakeholders on customer performance, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Key Tools & Processes:
- Wrike (or equivalent) for task management, milestone tracking, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Structured project management approach for onboarding, customer health tracking, and renewals.
- Regular status meetings and follow-ups with internal teams to ensure alignment on customer priorities.
- Risk identification and escalation to address potential customer issues proactively.
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role
- Experience working in automotive or EV industry preferred
- Experience working with project management products
