Senior Architect

AECOM are currently seeking an experienced Senior Architect to join our innovative team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our architectural studio, you will lead the design and execution of medium to large-scale projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams and clients to deliver exceptional architectural solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Spearhead the conceptual design, schematic design, and design development phases for diverse projects, including mixed-use, residential, commercial, and public buildings
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of architectural designs
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and government agencies to understand project requirements and ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
• Lead and mentor junior architects and design teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
• Develop and present compelling design proposals and presentations to clients and stakeholders
• Oversee the production of high-quality technical drawings, specifications, and other project documentation
• Implement sustainable design practices and cutting-edge technologies to create environmentally responsible and efficient buildings
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure design integrity throughout the construction process
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in architectural design
