With increasing demand in our equipment and with priority of the company on the Quality of products and sustainable solutions integration, we are expanding our team with the position of Subject matter expert in quality. How you’ll make an impact

• Expertise and Solutions: Serve as the expert for specific defects or locations, providing in-depth knowledge and solutions across the value chain

• Monitoring and RCA: Monitor NCR reports, cluster quality notifications, and conduct RCAs to identify root causes

• Corrective Actions and JDIs: Define and implement corrective actions and Just-Do-It (JDI) initiatives for quick resolutions

• Project Management: Lead cross-functional teams to implement sustainable solutions for quality cases

• Performance Measurement: Measure and report on the success of implemented solutions and KPIs

Your background 

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, knowledge of electrical power systems desirable 

• Background in quality function or project management or engineering or R&D in gas-insulated switchgear field 

• Min. 5 years working experience in continuous improvements and/or sustainable solutions integration

• Fluent English skills, German and any other language are beneficial

• Experience in quality management and / or project management will be considered a plus

• Good communication and cultural sensitivity
