Overview
Cypress Creek Solutions is searching for a Field Training Manager within our Operations and Maintenance department. This role will develop and implement training, documentation, policies, and procedures to provide our field team with the knowledge, skills and abilities (KSAs) to perform their work safely and effectively. , root cause analyses and lessons learned are incorporated into training and procedures. This position will report to a Director in the O&M Division.

Locations: This position will be based out of office in Durham, NC, with the ability to travel up to 25%
Compensation: The salary range for the position is $95,000 - 125,000 plus bonus and benefits. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
