As a Working Student, you’ll actively support our recruiting team in finding and engaging exceptional talent. You’ll gain hands-on experience in the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to candidate communication, and help us shape an outstanding candidate experience.

Applicant Management & Recruiting Processes
Support the coordination of interviews and communication with candidates
Help pre-screen applications and prepare candidate summaries
Assist with first-stage interviews (depending on experience and availability)
Ensure a smooth and friendly candidate experience across all touchpoints
Contribute to tracking and analyzing recruiting KPIs
Talent Pool & Sourcing
Support the development of a systematized talent pool for future hires
Research and identify promising candidates using platforms like LinkedIn and XING
Help maintain and update our applicant tracking system
Employer Branding & Communication
Contribute to the creation of engaging job ads and updates to our career page
Help develop content tailored to specific target groups (e.g., engineers, interns, etc.)
Assist in communication initiatives such as university outreach or career events
Your first 12 months in the role: expectations and deliverables
Months 0-3
Get to know our team, culture, and the basics of our technology
Support ongoing recruiting activities, such as application handling and scheduling
Contribute to candidate communication templates and help define initial KPIs
Take ownership of parts of the early recruiting process (e.g., pre-screening, scheduling)
Actively source candidates on platforms like LinkedIn
Draft and publish job postings for working student, intern, or junior roles
Support the development of a candidate pool
Help build a structured and searchable talent pool database
Contribute to developing target group-specific communication strategies
Get involved in planning or supporting recruiting campaigns or employer branding activities
Ongoing studies in a relevant field (e.g., HR, Psychology, Business, Communication)
Strong organizational skills and an interest in working with people
Clear, professional, and empathetic communication skills — English required; German is a plus
A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently
Curiosity and motivation to learn about recruiting, employer branding, and organizational development
