The People & Culture Team, based in Vienna, plays a key role in supporting the employee life-cycle across multiple locations and different time zones. This dynamic team is responsible for driving hiring activities, fostering a strong company culture, ensuring employee engagement, supporting development of employees and much more. People Partner - Maternity cover (m/f/d) to support the maternity leave of approximately 6-12months, with the possibility of adjustments depending on the returning employee’s circumstances.

- Collaborate with business leaders to translate their needs into People plans aligned with the business objectives: advise on organizational design, workforce planning and talent strategy
- Manage Employee Relations, People Operations and Policy Implementation: act as an escalation point for employee relation issues, ensuring resolutions respect company policies and practices, adhering at the same time to local regulations
- Developing relationships with the team to improve, execute, and monitor employee engagement and retention strategies
- Monitor workforce metrics, oversee performance management and identify talent to coordinate development programs that ensure succession planning and business continuity
- Working collaboratively with different international stakeholders - based around the world - to build a culture of excellence and innovation in hybrid in-person and virtual environments
- Providing a confidential communication channel between the team and management on personal data and other requirements
YOUR PROFILE
Required:- 3+ years of previous experience in the People function and responsible for the whole employee lifecycle
- ability to operate in flexible environments and manage a multitude of tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal and presentation skills
- High level of problem-solving skills, Microsoft Office and overall IT savviness
- Attention to detail as well as structured & analytical way of thinking
- Flexible, tactful, and friendly team player, display of good social skills and high emotional intelligence
- Fluency in English (C1) is essential
Nice-to-have:- University education in HR management, business administration, or other related areas
- Knowledge of Austrian Labour law
- additional languages (such as German)

The minimum monthly salary for this position is starting at € 3,500 gross, overpayment will be considered depending on qualifications and working experience. OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS
