Recording unsolvable problems in the bug tracking system
Carrying out error analyses and working out solutions in cooperation with the development department
Your profile:
Completed training / studies in a relevant field
Extensive experience in customer support in technical or SaaS environments, coupled with a strong affinity for providing exceptional, customer-oriented solutions.
Experience in the field of renewable energies advantageous
Very good German and English skills
Confident IT skills
