WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Service Delivery Management: Oversee and schedule the timely delivery of planned services, including software and firmware updates for Unity, operating systems, and network devices, ensuring minimal disruption to our on-premises customers.

  • Security Audit Coordination: Coordinate and communicate with customers and internal cybersecurity teams to facilitate the execution of security audits, ensuring compliance and addressing any potential vulnerabilities.
  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain an up-to-date and accurate list of client contacts for each delivered project, fostering strong client relationships.
  • Operational Scheduling: Interface directly with customers to schedule planned operations, ensuring clear communication and alignment with their needs.
  • Internal Coordination: Actively participate in internal work-scheduling meetings, contributing to the efficient allocation of resources and prioritization of tasks.
  • SLO Monitoring: Monitor SLOs (Service Level Objectives) of the services we deliver, ensuring that service performance meets agreed-upon targets.
