PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Manage and lead CSR team.
  • Assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open communication.
  • Support handling customer complaints and collect appropriate solutions from accountable function within time limits.
  • Maintain customer records and ensure accurate data entry in the ordering system (SAP/LBShell).
  • Coordinate customer requirements with Operation, Distribution, and Sales.
  • Provide training to new CSRs and routine coaching to the team.
  • Create and maintain communication training materials.
  • Supervise CSR communication quality and provide assistance if required.
  • Perform data analysis for team improvement.
  • Handle escalated issues from CSRs.
  • Stay updated and provide training on company new products and services.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Able to read & write in English.
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in customer service.
  • Familiarity with MS Office software.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Thorough understanding of communication techniques and practices
  • Proficiency in multitasking
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
