Knows all the products made and the critical issues through the conduct of appropriate laboratory tests
Identifies, formalizes, and manages complaints
Establishes corrective actions for non-conformance and ensures timely resolution
Cooperates on external audits and covers the internal audit program
Prepares quality control procedures and documents for internal and external production and proposes appropriate control parameters
Works with quality issues and prepares reports
Maintains and further develops the document management system
Cooperates with our external companies to secure an adequate level of their quality system
Bachelor’s degree in Quality preferred, or another technical field
2+ years of experience as a Quality Technician or a Quality Engineer
Experience as an internal auditor preferred
English required (written and spoken, level B2)
Basic knowledge of injection molding is an advantage
IT Knowledge (Microsoft Office)
Goal-oriented team player with analytical approach
