As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll play a key role in our recruitment efforts. You'll have the freedom to structure your days and have the support of a fantastic team. How you'll make an impact

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs.

  • Develop job advertisements and implement tailored sourcing activities.

  • Maintain proactive communication with all parties involved.

  • Ensure an efficient process from job requisition approval to onboarding.

  • Drive sourcing activities with support from the employer branding team.

  • Attract diverse talent through various channels.

  • Participate in developing and maintaining external talent pipelines.

  • Perform prescreening activities to assess candidate suitability.

  • Provide guidance to candidates and hiring managers.

  • Drive candidate centricity and ensure a signature candidate experience.

Your background

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant work experience.

  • Experience in a similar role, either with an agency or in-house.

  • Knowledge of the industry sector is desirable.

  • Ability to effectively source and attract candidates.

  • Experience using applicant tracking systems.

  • Familiar with different sourcing channels; LinkedIn Recruiter certified preferred.

  • Good judgment skills based on behavioral interviewing techniques.

  • Strong interpersonal and networking skills.

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Estonian. Swedish is considered a plus.
