A “Day in the Life" of an EPR Contract Administrator:
Administer EPR (Extended Producer Responsibility) collection and transfer contracts, ensuring all contractual obligations are met in alignment with agreed terms.
Prepare required contract reports and maintain a well-organized, high-quality repository of all contract documentation.
Reconcile monthly invoices and ensure timely, accurate billing and payments in accordance with contract requirements.
Act as the key liaison between local teams and the customer, facilitating communication and ensuring alignment on deliverables.
Work collaboratively with the Customer’s Contract Administrators, EPR Recycling Analyst, and Operations Manager to meet reporting and billing timelines.
Track and communicate key contract requirements and deadlines to the EPR team, while supporting additional duties and special projects as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in the waste industry or contract management experience.
Degree or diploma in Communications, Business, or a related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and editing capabilities.
Proven project management abilities, including prioritizing tasks, managing schedules, and coordinating multiple projects.
Valid G driver’s license, access to a vehicle, and willingness to travel to various office locations as required.
Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
