Job Description
Position: Senior Associate, Corporate Accounting
Location: Nashville, TN (hybrid)
Overview: This position will play a critical role in the Company’s financial accounting and reporting responsibilities and will play an integral role in the Company’s monthly close process.
Main Responsibilities:
- This position will be primarily responsible for assisting with key areas within the Company’s financial close process including, but not limited to, preparing reconciliations for Accounts Receivable, Other Current and Long-Term sAssets, Prepaids, Taxes, and performing monthly analytical review. In addition, reviewing reconciliations for Cash, Deferred Revenue, Goodwill and intangibles.
- Responsible for monthly closing entries, account reconciliations, and account analysis for the above noted accounts.
- Maintain a good understanding of US GAAP with a desire to obtain a strong working knowledge of accounting control and process while on the job.
- Provide assistance to the Accounting Managers and Director of Accounting as necessary in other areas of the close as well as with support needed during the interim and year end audits.
- Play an integral role in the Team’s implementation of a new ERP system.
- As part of dynamic and growing team, this position will be expected to assist in other areas of the financial reporting and close process as necessary.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting
- CPA license or working toward CPA license
- 1-2 years of work experience, public accounting experience preferred
