Position Specific Description
This position plans, executes, and finalizes projects according to schedule and within budget. Employees in this role acquire resources and coordinate the efforts of team members including third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan. Individuals define project objectives and oversee quality control throughout the project life cycle.
Primary (Essential) Job Functions:
• Managing different projects related to Mulesoft and other related technologies.
• Working with different application teams, on execution of Development projects involving Mulesoft in a shared service model across the enterprise
• Project management, negotiations, performance tracking and reporting
• Interfacing with the Mulesoft stakeholders on the chargebacks and finances on platform and development costs
• Familiarity with MuleSoft Anypoint platform, Salesforce Data Cloud is desirable.
• The ability to manage multiple work streams.
• Develop and maintain metrics through a variety of dashboards for presentations.
• Management of projects in Jira, Confluence, and budgets
• Communications, presentations, and meetings and support
• Self-starter who acts as a single point of contact for high complexity projects for the department
• Work with other departments within organization to establish customer requirements and project costs.
• Experience working as a Scrum Master in an Agile development environment managing Scrums is mandatory.
• This position has a primary function of technical project management with a secondary function as Scrum Master
Required Minimum Qualifications:
• Education Requirements
• 10+ years of Project Management experience in a combination of the following areas:
• MuleSoft Anypoint platform and Salesforce Data Cloud & IT Infrastructure/Network Management
• PMP, SA or equivalent
• Experience in Jira and Office Preferred Qualifications:
• Preferred Education – Some College
Preferred Experience – 10+ years of project management experience
• Preferred Certification/License – PMP or CSM
• Experience in Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, M365 suite
