Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the proper function of in-cab hardware, and software, and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
Maintain documentation regarding various incidents, projects, processes and operations Identify and communicate with key stakeholders.
Facilitate effective cooperation between subject matter experts from the business, IT staff and vendors as appropriate.
Designing, developing, and testing systems to meet business requirements.
Perform preventative maintenance, including the installation of service packs, patches, hot fixes.
Qualifications
Five or more years of experience in a similar role
Strong understanding of in-cab technologies, including dashcams, ELDs, ADAS, and mobile device integration.
Knowledge of the following software applications, Geotab, Lytx, OMS, Microsoft SQL, Service Now.
Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, stakeholders, and vendors.
Occasional travel required in Canada and US.
