RES is seeking an experienced People & Culture Advisor to support the integration of a new division following a recent acquisition. This role involves implementing policies, providing HR solutions across the employee life cycle, and advising leaders on cultural integration, employee relations, and engagement. The ideal candidate will have 4–5 years of generalist P&C experience, strong relationship-building skills, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach.

Key Safety Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business or related field
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in P&C
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practice
