We are now looking for a motivated university student for the trainee position of Business Accelerator Trainee who will join our team in Ostrava.
As a trainee, you will work 20 hours per week while continuing your studies, gaining practical experience and develop professionally. You will also be part of a trainee community in Ostrava, where students support each other, share experiences, and build valuable connections in an international work environment.
You will be located in our modern office in Organica building in Ostrava, Czechia and report to the Head of Business Accelerator Services.
About the role:
Your Responsibilities:
Keep our startup projects portfolio reporting in Power BI up to date
Regularly update information about new and ongoing projects – including the project description, expected benefits, participants, current status, etc.
Gather insights from completed projects – assess outcomes, whether the solution is still in use, lessons learned, team feedback, etc.
Extend the above-mentioned reporting to include our AI portfolio
Support our Communications Manager with Combient Foundry-related communication
Create newsletters about ongoing cycles, PoCs, and other activities such as conferences or joint opportunity discussions
Write and promote success stories
Support Combient Foundry Champions with related materials
Prepare Stora Enso introduction slides for Combient Foundry sessions
Create and update training and introduction materials about Combient Foundry
Maintain the Combient Foundry section on our internal WeShare site
Collect information about past projects and ongoing PoCs for the Combient Foundry team

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a motivated and reliable university student with a genuine interest in innovation, technology, and data.
Requirements:
Basic experience with PowerPoint and Power BI
Advanced English skills, mainly for written communication; fluent speaking is a plus
Sense of responsibility, proactive mindset, and eagerness to learn new things
Ability to work 20 hours per week
Beneficial experience:
Basic experience with content creation in SharePoint
Personal interest into AI technologies
