1. Supply Chain Planning: Analyze market demand, forecast product demand, optimize inventory levels, and develop efficient production plans to ensure timely delivery.
2. Supplier Management: Select and evaluate quality suppliers, negotiate contract terms to ensure optimal cost and quality, and regularly assess supplier performance.
3. Logistics and Transportation: Arrange efficient transportation, develop delivery plans, and ensure timely delivery of goods.
4. Cost Control: Analyze supply chain costs, identify savings opportunities, develop and control budgets, and reduce costs through process optimization and technology.
5. Risk Management: Identify and respond to supply chain risks, develop contingency plans to ensure supply chain continuity.
6. Team Management: Build and cultivate an efficient team, set goals, evaluate performance, provide training, and enhance team capabilities.
7. Customer Service: Maintain communication with customers, understand their needs, resolve issues promptly, and improve customer satisfaction.
8. Compliance Management: Ensure supply chain activities comply with regulations, prepare for and cooperate with audits.
9. Continuous Improvement: Continuously optimize supply chain processes, improve efficiency, and drive improvements.
1. Bachelor's degree or above in supply chain management, logistics or related fields preferred.
2. At least 5 years of supply chain management experience in manufacturing industry, automotive parts/interior industry preferred.
3. Proficient in demand forecasting, inventory control, production planning, logistics optimization tools and methods, familiar with ERP systems.
4. Proficient in supply chain management and procurement processes, with awareness and ability for continuous improvement.
5. Strong cost control and budget management skills, excellent data analysis and problem-solving abilities.
6. Proficient in basic office software and supply chain management software.
7. Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English, skilled negotiation techniques.
8. Familiar with relevant regulations to ensure compliance operations, strong team leadership and management capabilities.
9. Customer-orientation approach with proactive problem-solving skills.
