PACKAGE QUALITY MANAGER (F/M/D) I IGNITIS RENEWABLES

We are seeking a Package Quality Manager to join the Ignitis Renewables team for our offshore wind project. This pivotal role focuses on openness, partnership, and responsibility—qualities that define our team. You will develop and implement the project’s Quality Management System, ensuring values and requirements are understood and aligned with Ignitis Renewables policies, strategies, and procedures. You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:

• Tailoring the QMS to meet the specific requirements of the offshore wind farm project and ensure its effective implementation
• Identifying quality issues, non-conformities, and areas for improvement through inspections, audits, and assessments
• Defining and share the Quality Management Plan, including supporting plans, procedures, and guidelines for project execution.
• Assessing the quality management capabilities of suppliers and contractors, monitor their performance, and implement quality improvement initiatives.
• Addressing quality deficiencies, mitigate risks, and enhance overall project performance through targeted action plans.
