How You'll Make an Impact
Plan and schedule customer orders to align with delivery dates and production schedules.
Control production schedules and coordinate material requirements for a smooth flow of approved materials.
Support local Operations Planners, Master Schedule Planner, and Material Planner.
Implement planning technology solutions locally.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and business requirements, promoting customer satisfaction.
Develop long-term continuous improvement programs with customers, vendors, and transportation groups.
Evaluate and recommend advanced technologies to achieve operating efficiencies and increase customer satisfaction.
Provide technical assistance to less experienced staff.
Your Background
Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field, with 2-5 years of relevant experience; or Associate's degree in a business or related field with 4-6 years of relevant experience.
Must have work authorization to permanently work for Hitachi Energy in the US.
Prior experience in planning and scheduling is preferred.
Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
Prefer SAP experience.
Strong coordinating skills to manage multiple logistics responsibilities.
