Job Summary: 

Responsible for providing comprehensive HR support across various HR functions to our Italian subsidiary, ~100 FTEs. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, review and reconcile payroll reports, resolve discrepancies and address any issues related to payroll.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee payroll inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses
  • Maintaining accurate employee records, including staff files, first point of contact for employees regarding employment contracts, labour law, healthcare, pensions, retirement plans, and vacation time.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and job offers.
  • Coordinate and conduct new employee onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition and positive experience for new hires.
  • Support the performance management process, including tracking performance reviews, and providing guidance to managers.
