Job Description
Are you a skilled legal professional with a passion for contract review and a desire to contribute to a global organization? Ramboll's Global Legal Operations (GLO) team is seeking a full-time Legal Administrator to join our growing team in India or Europe.
The GLO team provides centralized legal services to Ramboll's diverse businesses, supporting legal teams across continental Europe, APAC, India, the UK, and the US. We handle a range of legal matters, including contract review, professional indemnity insurance, claims, and corporate/company secretarial support for designated regions. This role will primarily focus on reviewing consultancy contracts with clients and advising our internal stakeholders.
Your Role:
As a Legal Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and legally sound execution of our projects. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the Client Relationship Management (CRM) dashboard, shared mailbox, and task planner to efficiently allocate contract reviews and other legal services.
- Providing general legal advice and coordinating with relevant legal teams and stakeholders as needed.
- Reviewing and redlining contracts and other project legal documents, primarily from covered jurisdictions, and supporting overflow from other jurisdictions.
- Contributing to knowledge management for diverse contract review requests.
- Assisting stakeholders with legal documentation for corporate transactions and advising on annual activities.
Key Deliverables (First 24 Months):
- Service Management - Contracts: Collaborate with the GLO team to ensure timely, high-quality, pragmatic, and Ramboll governance-aligned responses to contract review requests.
- Service Management - Corporate: Maintain up-to-date corporate details for the GLO and ensure timely, high-quality support for corporate transactions.
- Stakeholder Management: Develop strong working relationships with Tender Managers and Company Directors for the Hub entities.
Your Starting Point for Growth:

- Legal qualifications (LLB or equivalent) with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience providing in-house legal support within a consultancy or engineering company, preferably in the construction, environmental, or infrastructure industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in drafting and redlining international contracts, with a strong commercial acumen.
