Key Responsibilities

  • Review project plans, employer requirement, and project Contract(s).
  • Manage, review, negotiate, and approve contract terms and conditions.
  • Establish and monitor project delivery schedules, progress, client contact and suppliers.
  • Review project contract estimates, proposed materials, and production costs.
  • Ensure that all project records are accurate and up to date.
  • Attend project meetings, prepare minutes of meeting and project status reports.
  • Comply with the SMEC’s standard.
  • Comply with the contract law standard and regulations.
  • Work closely with Project Director, Project Manager, and all other technical personnel.
  • Perform reasonable other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the Reporting Supervisor

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree of Engineering course or equivalent
  • With at least 5 to10 years’ work experience in the same field
  • Knowledgeable in contract law and principles
  • Has strong negotiation skills and attention to details
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must have excellent analytical thinking skills and problem solving abilities
  • Willing to accept Project-base status
  • Willing to be assigned in Manila
