ABOUT US
As part of the Logistics Department, we are seeking an intern to join our team in Munich. This is an international and dynamic team, with a key role in Logistics in EMEA. ​ MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Freight invoice checking and approval in internal tools
  • Shipping documents archiving and data checks in SAP, processing different postings in SAP for goods receipts and shipments
  • Support in the inbound process with 3PL companies and ocean freight carriers 
  • Support in different areas of logistics reporting: 3PL daily reports, outbound visibility, carrier performance/KPI, and cost tracking
  • Support in the analysis and further optimization of existing logistics processes

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to comfortably interact with people at all levels of the organization, including executive management and in an international environment
  • Ability to work autonomously with high reliability 
LANGUAGES
  • Fluency in English
  • Other languages will be an advantage.
LOCATION
  • Munich (40 hours per week)
Your backpack is filled with
  • Student in Business Administration, Data Science, Logistics, Operations or Supply Chain Management
  • Previous working experience gained through other student jobs or internships in multinational companies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, Power BI is a plus
  • Experience in working with SAP ERP system is a plus
