About the Job
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
For our office in Munich, we are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Controller FP & A primarily focused on the EMEA region. This key role focuses on future planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making of our business.
Main responsibilities
Liaise with local management and HQ to prepare annual budget
Update P&L with quarterly forecasts
Preparing the annual expense budget and forecasts
Review plan/actual figures with cost center owners, perform variance analysis
Plan and execute the internal cost allocation
Prepare segmented P&Ls per business segment and region
Perform standard and ad hoc reporting to meet requirements of local management and HQ
Review financial performance with management, analyze variations and suggest improvements·
Maintain and create new reports in PBI
Maintain cost centres, internal orders and cost allocation in SAP
Communicate and coordinate across EMEA regions and functions
COMPETENCIES

Accountability and eagerness to learn
LANGUAGES
Fluency in English
Other languages will be an advantage.

LOCATION

Your backpack is filled with
Successfully completed degree in business studies with focus on financial studies
At least 5 years experience in controlling or FP&A functions
Experience in SAP R/3, S/4HANA in the modules FI and SD or similar ERP systems
Experience in Power BI or similar tools
