Working Student - Sales Operations Data & BI Reporting (F/M/D)

THE OPPORTUNITY

Are you on the lookout for a role that speaks to your passion for data analytics and reporting?  

As part of the Sales Operations team, you will be building reports in PowerBI that provide insights on sales performance, customer behavior and health of our regional business. In creating these reports, you will align with managers on data needs and requirements, setup data structures and be responsible for data Q&A and continuous maintenance. You will play a crucial role in empowering our CRO and the customer facing organization to derive strategic insights and make data-driven decisions. In this cross-functional role reporting to the Senior Sales Operations Manager, you will find yourself collaborating with different stakeholders across NavVis, allowing you to gain insights into different aspects of our business and sales strategy.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

• You will be responsible for creating PowerBI reports as well as cleaning up and maintaining data to ensure high data integrity and quality 

• You will support our Sales teams in building and optimizing our sales territory structures and segmentation and derive tactical insights from e.g. win-loss-analysis, conversion rate reviews or other sales performance metrics 

• You will play an active part in further enabling all NavVis teams to generate their own insights 

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE

• You are currently enrolled in a university degree in Business Studies, Business Analytics or Finance 

• You can demonstrate skills and experience with BI analytics tools such as SQL, PowerBI, etc. as well as Microsoft Excel Modeling; familiarity with a CRM system would be an advantage 

• You have previous experience driving or supporting business analytics projects 

• Strong communication skills in English will empower you in your interactions with various stakeholders, as well as in presenting the data insights and results
