Core Responsibilities and Tasks

  • Follows all policies and guidelines regarding workplace safety and product quality

  • Check on equipment throughout shift to ensure equipment is working properly

  • Reads and clearly follows processes that are required

  • Contributes to division results and performance

  • Takes care of internal and external customer needs and expectations

  • Operate equipment specific to area such as:

  • CARBON: Bag products, samples and test; Manage spent carbon feed to reactivation furnace; Switch tank feed from tank to tank of spent carbon; calibrate PH probes, operate a filter press, run facility wastewater treatment plant

  • REGEN: Sort bottles by size and resin; load and unload deliveries to and from regional branch; Operates forklift to move bottles and materials through plant and load/unload trucks; evacuates bottles

Position Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Must complete site specific safety training

  • Ability to communicate clearly to team members

  • Be able to follow and read instructions

  • Have basic math skills

  • Site specific requirements: CARBON: Be able to complete 40-hour hazardous waste operations training

  • Preferred: Some manufacturing/plant experience

  • Forklift driving

  • Knowledge of computers

The estimated pay range for this position is $35,200 to $56,300. Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience, and work location.
