Responsibilities:

• POSITION TITLE: Manager SCM Web Portals

• JOB SITE LOCATION: 400 Aylworth Ave, South Haven, MI 49090.        

• DUTIES: Vibracoustic USA, Inc seeks a Manager SCM Web Portals based out of our office at 400 AYLWORTH AVE, South Haven, MI 49090. This is a hybrid position following six months of full-time in person employment whereby the employee will work both from home up to two days a week and from the aforementioned office address. Hence, the employee must live within a reasonable commuting distance of the aforementioned office address. This position requires international and domestic travel, as needed, up to 20%. Guide all areas of SCM with the definition of their supplier related processes to be setup and improved in the portals. Assure that standard processes defined and setup in the portal are used globally. Project management starting from the definition of the business requirement to the go live. Coordinate between all involved parties from project phase on and during the daily operation and improvement of the system. Rollout of MRO software Veenion. Connect SRM Portal figures with ERP data (in SAP BI and Analytics Cloud) to make our figures in SCM more transparent and increase the performance in SCM.

Qualifications:

• MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's Degree in International Relations and Customs; IT Project Management, International Business Development, International Trade or a related degree field. Ten (10) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. Experience must include: Experience LiveSource application; Experience with SAP ERP-MM Module; Experience with SAP BW&SAC; Experience with Service Now; Experience with Trucentrix; Experience with APQP Process in Automative; Experience with 8D Process in Automotive.

• OTHER: Domestic and International Travel required 20% of the time.
