Responsibilities:



Process Design & Optimization

  • Develop and refine manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and lower operational costs.

  • Integrate automation technologies such as robotics and co-bots into production workflows.

Data Analysis & Simulation

  • Conduct process simulations and analyze performance data to identify improvement opportunities.

  • Apply Six Sigma tools and advanced analytics to predict and mitigate potential issues.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with production, quality, and especially maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations.

  • Coordinate with maintenance and repair teams on preventive maintenance schedules and equipment repairs to minimize downtime.

  • Provide technical support and facilitate communication during equipment-related issues (without direct troubleshooting responsibilities).

Documentation & Compliance

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including SOPs and work instructions.

  • Ensure all processes comply with safety and environmental regulations, integrating safety protocols into automated systems.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation

  • Participate in lean manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement projects.

  • Drive innovation through the adoption of new technologies and methodologies.



Qualifications:



  • ​Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (or related field).

  • 3+ years of experience in process engineering or advanced manufacturing.

  • Strong knowledge of automation systems, robotics, and co-bot integration.

  • Proficiency in Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and data analysis tools.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Experience with process simulation software is a plus.​
