This role is a great fit for someone who’s experienced, highly adaptable, and comfortable working directly with senior leadership in a fast-moving environment.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Supporting executives with key business activities—from strategy and planning to client meetings and operational execution</p></li><li><p>Helping lead cross-functional coordination as the company grows and enters new markets</p></li><li><p>Being hands-on during business trips, client visits, and important meetings (some travel will be required)</p></li><li><p>Acting as a bridge between leadership, internal teams, and external partners</p></li><li><p>Staying flexible and focused under pressure—this role moves fast, and priorities can shift quickly</p></li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree or higher</p></li><li><p>At least 5 years of work experience in operations, business support, or similar roles</p></li><li><p>Strong communication and problem-solving skills</p></li><li><p>Comfortable with frequent travel and a dynamic workload</p></li><li><p>A high level of professionalism and the ability to work directly with executives</p></li></ul><p> </p><div><div><div><p>Base pay is one part of our total compensation package at Gotion, and is determined within a range.
