Senior Salesforce QA Engineeer (f/m/d)

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce QA Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the quality, stability, and scalability of our Salesforce platform and applications. You will work closely with developers, admins, and product stakeholders to validate solutions, uncover bugs, and challenge the system to deliver a high-quality experience for our users.

This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in software QA, a passion for testing, and the creativity to uncover issues before they reach production. Your insights and diligence will directly impact product reliability and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases based on business and technical requirements.

• Perform thorough functional, integration, and regression testing to ensure system reliability.

• Collaborate with developers, admins, and product owners to support smooth and successful release cycles.

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts to increase test coverage and efficiency.

• Document defects, and clearly communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.

• Guide and support UAT testers during user acceptance testing.

• Deploy code to staging and production environments, and monitor post-release stability.

• Contribute to QA process improvements and uphold best practices in testing and documentation.
