You’ll be at the heart of our mission to power a sustainable energy future—collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing complex project lifecycles, and delivering excellence from start to finish.

Reporting to the Director of the Program Management Office – HUB North America, you’ll manage multiple projects across our North American factory network.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Lead diverse project teams with clarity, purpose, and motivation
Manage scope, budget, schedule, and risk across multiple factory locations
Serve as the key contact for customers and internal stakeholders
Drive project execution while ensuring safety, quality, and financial targets
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors
Identify and mitigate project risks, sharing lessons learned
Support contract negotiations and claims in partnership with Legal and Supply Chain
Build strong, lasting relationships with customers and partners
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines
Your Background
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience
PMP Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain Hitachi Energy PM Certification within 2 years)
Proven ability to lead remote teams and manage complex project scopes
Experience with SAP, MS Project, Excel, and other PM tools
Knowledge of transformer manufacturing or the North American energy sector is a plus
