This includes critical component planning, allocation direction, modeling supply flexibility, and managing materials liability.</span></div><br><br><h3>In this role, you will...</h3><ul><li>Serve as the bridge between business strategy, engineering build plans, and operational supply chain execution</li><li>Build demand planning models based on market data and “what if” scenarios that analyze new product introductions</li><li>Partner with Manufacturing Operations to plan factory capacity based on demand, mitigate risks, and prioritize requirements during supply constraints.</li><li>Forecast demand versus supply, define key factory metrics (e.g., forecast accuracy, fulfillment rate), and report performance to leadership</li><li>Manage clear-to-build (CTB), material readiness, and risk visibility across NPI, including risk releases, E&amp;O, and mitigation plans</li><li>Drive scalable supply &amp; demand planning processes, lead continuous improvements, and deliver clear weekly executive updates</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree</li><li>At minimum 6+ years of professional experience, including experience in supply &amp; demand management and/or materials management</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to executive management and large, cross-functional groups</li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to evaluate and analyze data to enable operational decision-making</li></ul><h3>Bonus Qualifications</h3><ul><li>MBA or Master’s Degree in Supply Chain or Operations Management</li><li>Experience in NPI Operations and/ or consumer electronics</li><li>Experience with MRP/ERP</li><li>Advanced modeling skills, with a particular focus on MS Excel, VBA, SQL, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools</li></ul><br><div><b>About Zoox</b></div><div>Zoox is developing the first ground-up, fully autonomous vehicle fleet and the supporting ecosystem required to bring this technology to market.
