After completing the onboarding period and gaining sufficient independence in the role, we offer the flexibility to work in a hybrid model.  As Design Engineer, your work will focus on these responsibilities:  In this role, you’ll play a key part in feasibility studies, evaluate ship designs, and contribute to cutting-edge initiatives aligned with Wärtsilä’s decarbonization strategy. Your work will involve preparing high-quality engineering reports, supporting new-build projects, and staying ahead of the latest trends in marine electrification.
