This role involves supporting and partially leading a team of analysts to streamline reporting operations, ensure data consistency across Salesforce and NetSuite, and improve sales performance analysis in close collaboration with global Sales, Operations, and Finance teams.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Oversee the design and maintenance of Power BI dashboards to deliver live KPIs and actionable insights.</li><li>Lead initiatives for data cleanup, scrubbing, and validation across Salesforce, NetSuite, and other CRM/ERP systems.</li><li>Collaborate with the NX Data and Data Analytics team to define the requirements for schemas that support the Sales Team's KPIs.</li><li>Develop a deep understanding of the business domain.</li><li>Develop dashboards, automated queries, and reports that access and consolidate information from various data sources.</li><li>Effectively present and articulate ideas in an easy-to-consume, visual format.</li><li>Drive reporting automation, governance, and process optimization to improve efficiency and accuracy.</li><li>Analyze sales and pipeline data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and present actionable recommendations.</li><li>Collaborate with global Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to align reporting with strategic goals.</li><li>Generate and present sales reports and executive-level presentations to senior leadership and stakeholders.</li><li>Provide training, mentorship, and support to analysts on reporting tools and best practices for data management.</li></ul><p>Support market entry and expansion analysis in collaboration with Sales Ops to identify new business opportunities.</p><h3>Required Qualifications</h3><ul><li>MBA/Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in Reporting/Analytics.</li><li>Proficiency in Power BI, DAX, Excel (Advanced), PPT, and Salesforce.com.</li><li>Strong project management, organizational, and leadership skills.</li><li>Ability to deliver under tight timelines with accuracy and clarity.</li><li>Experience in the solar industry (preferred).</li><li>Self-driven individual with a bias for action and a passion for analytics.</li><li>Adept at data prep, data modeling and data visualization.</li></ul><h3>Preferred Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Familiar with the system life cycle.</li><li>Experience writing detailed specifications of user requirements, business processes, and procedures required to develop and implement reporting &amp; insights.</li><li>Experience in analyzing data sets using SQL queries, working with multiple data sources, and combining relevant information to generate insights from analyses.</li></ul><p>Diversity &amp; Inclusion</p><p>NEXTracker is an Equal Opportunity Employer, and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
