We are seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to join this team and ensure seamless execution of order management, channel programs, account onboarding, and marketing events.This role is highly cross-functional, requiring close collaboration with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Channel Partners. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing processes that directly impact the success of SPAN’s commercial organization.<h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul style=""><li>Order Management – Process incoming orders, manage changes through delivery, monitor shipment tracking, and provide timely updates to customers.</li><li>Financial Collaboration &amp; Rebates – Track marketing fund usage, support quarterly rebate processing, and prepare/submission of credit memos for partner incentives and events.</li><li>Marketing Event Coordination – Plan and execute partner-facing events, manage RSVPs, campaigns, and logistics (e.g., venues, catering, swag, flyers).</li><li>Tech Portal Support – Provide access and troubleshooting support for SPAN’s installer Tech Portal, resolving issues efficiently.</li><li>Account Onboarding &amp; Data Hygiene – Manage execution of sales agreements and partner onboarding, maintain structured account records, and ensure incentive program data accuracy.</li><li>Quarterly Business Review (QBR) Support – Prepare data and reports (e.g., lead pass metrics, installer activations) and support sales enablement during QBRs.</li></ul><h3>Potential Projects</h3><ul style=""><li>Streamlining the order-to-delivery process to improve turnaround times and customer communication.</li><li>Enhancing data quality and account hierarchy structures in Salesforce for improved partner visibility.</li><li>Supporting rollout of new partner incentive programs by aligning systems, reporting, and enablement materials.</li><li>Driving improvements in event logistics, partner engagement, and ROI tracking for marketing events.</li></ul><h3>About You </h3>Required Qualifications<ul style=""><li>3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Order Management, or Channel Programs.</li><li>Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li></ul>Bonus Qualifications<ul style=""><li>Experience with Salesforce CRM.</li><li>Familiarity with Mixmax, marketing automation tools, or event management platforms.</li><li>Experience supporting channel partners or installer networks.</li><li>Prior experience preparing data for business reviews or financial reporting.</li></ul><h2>Life at SPAN</h2>Our Bengaluru team plays a pivotal role in SPAN’s continued growth and expansion.
