Job Description<h2>About the role</h2>This person will be responsible for the following:<ul><li>Manage the main calendars and scheduling program specifics for all private funds and fundraising-related prospecting and diligence meetings across multiple asset classes, and for both internal and external stakeholders.</li><li>Along with internal stakeholders, coordinate and execute virtual and in-person fundraise roadshows and other prospective investor meetings, reservation and administrative matters related to fund and investor seminars held in Japan and amy other related group events.</li><li>Manage investor meeting logistics including booking rooms, catering, and transportation.</li><li>Manage distributions lists and document repositories.</li><li>Ensure programmatic upkeep of all marketing materials, including efficient filing, organization, and maintenance.</li><li>Pro-actively generate monthly and ad-hoc activity reports as needed.</li><li>Liaise with the compliance team on best practices.</li><li>Schedule and manage logistics for internal and external firm-wide private funds events, specifically fund trainings, teach-ins, and launch sessions; activities include managing the technology, catering, materials, e-mail communications and other items as needed.</li><li>Lead ad-hoc initiatives to improve Diligence Management Team’s operational processes</li><li>Draft meeting agendas and briefing notes and organize meeting materials.</li><li>Demonstrate, over time, awareness of fundamental business principles and understanding of overall firm structure and objectives to ensure appropriate decision-making protocols are followed.</li><li>Available and responsive throughout each event and on-site management of events where necessary.
