Join us in the fight against climate change by helping renewable energy developers build faster!<hr><h3>About the Role</h3>As a Senior Customer Success Manager at Reunion, you’ll be the go-to expert for our customers using the Reunion PWA platform. You’ll combine your subject matter knowledge in PWA compliance with strong communication and problem-solving skills to help developers, contractors, and project owners understand how to stay compliant and get the most out of our software platform.This is a highly customer-facing role — you’ll onboard new customers, guide them through complex compliance workflows, answer nuanced PWA-related questions, and surface feedback to our product and engineering teams. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to our internal and external stakeholders to ensure that customers are both technically successful and compliance confident when using Reunion.<hr><h3>What You’ll Do</h3><ul><li>Serve as a trusted compliance advisor to customers and internal teams, helping them navigate Prevailing Wage and Apprenticeship (PWA) requirements.</li><li>Strategize and implement customer onboarding programs and ongoing customer check-ins to ensure successful use of the Reunion PWA platform.</li><li>Guide customers on how to meet the documentation and reporting standards required to ensure PWA compliance.</li><li>Translate complex federal/state guidance and labor compliance requirements into simple, actionable steps for customers.</li><li>Provide thoughtful, timely responses to customer questions related to labor classifications, apprentice ratios, good faith effort documentation, and related compliance topics.</li><li>Partner with the product and engineering teams to communicate user needs and strategize on opportunities for platform improvement.</li><li>Maintain up-to-date knowledge of IRS, Treasury, and Department of Labor guidance related to clean energy tax credit compliance.</li><li>Support customer success initiatives, including educational materials, webinars, and compliance best-practice guides.</li><li>Collaborate with the sales and account management teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.</li></ul><hr><h3>What You’ll Need</h3><ul><li>3 to 5+ years of experience in a compliance, customer-facing, or project management role in clean energy, finance, accounting, construction, or a related field.</li><li>Strong communication and presentation skills — comfortable explaining complex topics in clear, practical terms.</li><li>Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for helping customers succeed.</li><li>Excellent Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.</li><li>Curiosity and willingness to learn — you’re excited to become an expert in PWA compliance and clean energy tax credit rules.</li></ul><hr><h3>Nice to Haves</h3><ul><li>Familiarity with prevailing wage, apprenticeship, or related federal or state labor compliance programs.</li><li>Experience with clean energy project development, construction management, or labor compliance systems.</li><li>Prior experience using or implementing software tools for compliance or project management.</li><li>Knowledge of clean energy tax credits or interest in learning more about this area.</li><li>Experience working directly with developers, EPCs, or contractors in the renewable energy space.</li></ul><hr><h3>Why Join Us?</h3><ul><li>Help scale one of the most exciting and impactful clean energy finance companies</li><li>Work directly with experienced founders and a top-tier team</li><li>Competitive compensation, equity, and benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, travel to company offsites 2-3x per year to meet teammates in-person, flexible PTO plan</li></ul><hr><h3>Note</h3>Reunion is an equal opportunity employer.
