<ul><li>Working in close cooperation with and supporting the Legal Director of Western and Eastern European Sales Divisions (“Divisions”) in overseeing legal operations across a diverse landscape of fifteen countries;</li><li>Supporting corporate governance matters, including review of shareholder resolutions, assistance with year-end closings, appointment of Board members across various jurisdictions, and coordination of internal approvals;</li><li>Supporting subsidiaries in remaining compliant with applicable energy regulations (such as REMIT) and data protection requirements;</li><li>Being an active supporter and driver of the expansion of the Divisions’ activity into new countries, including support of company establishment processes, M&amp;A activity as well as post-merger processes and integration;</li><li>Reviewing, drafting and negotiating a range of contracts to support the Divisions in meeting their respective business growth strategies and objectives;</li><li>Supporting the development, harmonisation and application of MET Group policies across the network of subsidiaries and managing corporate governance issues,</li><li>Supporting digitalization projects of the Divisions;</li><li>Managing the relations with a range of external legal partners (including local law firms) and effectively overseeing their services,</li><li>Work in close cooperation with HR, Credit Risk, Portfolio and Subsidiary Management Teams of the Divisions.</li></ul>
