Let’s take a look:</div><br><ul><li>Lead all legal operations across the DACH and Benelux region, ensuring compliance with EU and local laws.</li><li>Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, including complex cross-border agreements.</li><li>Advise on international trade matters such as export controls, import regulations, and sanctions.</li><li>Act as a strategic legal advisor to regional leadership, supporting business initiatives and mitigating risks.</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Compliance, and Operations to embed legal insights into decisions.</li><li>Monitor regulatory changes and proactively manage legal risk across jurisdictions.</li></ul>                            Your profile<br>                                <div>That sounded great, right? Now, we want to make sure you feel happy in your position. Therefore, it would be great if you have the following personal background:</div><br><ul><li>Licensed lawyer in at least one European jurisdiction, with Bar admission.</li><li>10+ years of legal experience in multinational or international corporate environments.</li><li>Strong expertise in commercial law, contract negotiation, and international trade law.</li><li>Proven ability to advise executive leadership and manage legal risk across regions.</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.</li><li>Business-oriented mindset with strong analytical and strategic planning capabilities.</li><li>High integrity and a collaborative, hands-on approach.</li></ul>                            Why us?<br>                                Join our Legal &amp; Compliance team, a cornerstone of Sungrow’s European operations.
