This role keeps our team running smoothly: managing logistics, supplies, vendor relationships, team activities, external event coordination, and supporting marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves solving problems, and enjoys wearing multiple hats.<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>Office &amp; Operations<ul><li>Manage all office logistics: supplies, food, mail, shipping, vendors, and facilities. </li><li>Support new-hire onboarding (desk setup, access, welcome kits, and IT coordination). </li><li>Plan and execute team events, meetings, and celebrations. </li><li>Build and maintain organized systems for inventory, shipping, and storage. </li><li>Partner with HR to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of our office. </li><li>Respond to voice messages coming inbound to our main corporate phone number. </li></ul>Marketing &amp; Event Support<ul><li>Coordinate logistics for conferences and events: registration, travel, shipping, booth materials, and on-site support. </li><li>Manage swag and gift inventory: ordering, labeling, shipping, and vendor coordination. </li><li>Assist with marketing campaigns, partner gifting, and sales support initiatives. </li><li>Support the marketing team with administrative tasks (including but not limited to research, vendor follow-ups, materials inventory, other record keeping, and managing against project deadlines. </li></ul><h3>What You’ll Bring</h3><ul><li>2–5 years of experience in office administration, marketing coordination, or event logistics. </li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking skills with sharp attention to detail. </li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration across teams. </li><li>Resourceful, hands-on, and comfortable managing multiple priorities independently. </li><li>Proficiency with Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and vendor management tools. </li></ul>Bonus points if you have:<ul><li>Experience with event planning or marketing logistics. </li><li>Familiarity with inventory management or shipping platforms. </li><li>A creative eye for branding, gifting, and event production. </li></ul><h3>Compensation &amp; Details</h3><ul><li>Location: San Ramon, CA (on-site role) </li><li>Salary Range: $70,000 - $85,000 (depending on experience) </li><li>Benefits: Comprehensive health coverage, paid time off, and participation in company events and swag programs. </li><li>Reports To: Head of HR (with dotted-line support to Marketing)</li></ul>

We must never forget that the traditional hives most commonly used in the world today (Langstroth box) were designed by us, humans, about 150 years ago. Most people are so used to them that we mistakenly confuse them with bees' natural habitat. That is far from being the case. By completely redesigning the beehive we were able to address a lot of the inefficiencies of the commonly used hives and significantly improve bees&rsquo; well-being and life longevity.
