Reporting to the Director of Marketing, we are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented person that works well independently and with a team. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing events that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement for Innovasea. You will collaborate across departments and multiple geographies to ensure our events align with business goals. What you'll be doing <ul><li>Lead the planning and execution of trade shows, conferences, and customer events, from registration and logistics to post event follow-up and measurement.</li><li>Manage vendors, timelines and logistics with precision and accountability.</li><li>Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams to develop event strategies that align with business objectives.</li><li>Ensure brand consistency and attention to detail across all event materials, signage and on site experiences.</li><li>Support internal communications to ensure teams are informed and aligned on event participation and outcomes.</li><li>Pack, ship and manage booth materials, supplies and equipment from Bedford office</li><li>Identify opportunities to improve event processes and share creative ideas that enhance efficiency, engagement and ROI.</li></ul> What you'll need to succeed: <ul><li>2+ years of event marketing experience within B2B organizations</li><li>Strong project management and organizational skills</li><li>Strong verbal and written communications skills</li><li>Proven track record of balancing multiple projects and delivering quality work on a deadline</li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment</li><li>Experience with SharePoint and MS Excel</li><li>A. in Marketing, Communications, Business or equivalent</li></ul> Innovasea is an equal-opportunity employer.
