This role will act as a strategic partner to sales leadership, challenging assumptions when necessary, and managing high-impact business events and alignment between sales strategy and execution.What you’ll do: <ul><li>Partner with Sales Leadership to drive sales performance – metrics as well as behaviours</li><li>Enable decision making, recommend actions, by providing insights based on detailed analysis of business/ sales/ pipeline data</li><li>Manage and optimize SFDC for accurate data capture, reporting, and analytics</li><li>Define and monitor key metrics, build dashboards and scorecards to track sales team’s performance and recommend actions</li><li>Conduct periodic sales reviews with leadership, providing actionable insights on pipeline health, conversion rates, and revenue performance</li><li>Monitor sales incentive schemes linked to performance and ensure timely payout</li><li>Help formulate detailed sector sales plans and key account plans, manage rhythm to monitor progress</li><li>Ensure system integrity and user adoption across the sales organization</li><li>Challenge sales constructively to ensure accountability and alignment with business goals</li><li>Plan and execute customer-facing events including expos, roadshows, and strategic meets</li><li>Coordinate logistics, budgets, and stakeholder engagement to maximize ROI from events</li><li>Develop and implement best practices for sales processes, forecasting, and performance tracking</li><li>Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance sales productivity and effectiveness</li><li>Partner with Sales and HR leadership, to plan and execute capability development interventions</li></ul>You’ll have the following skills and experience: <ul><li>Engineering degree, preferably in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Chemical engineering</li><li>Master’s degree in business management/ Sales/ Marketing will be an added advantage</li><li>Experience: 6+ years of experience in sales operations, marketing/ business development</li><li>A stint in frontline sales is highly preferred</li><li>Proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC) CRM and reporting.</li><li>Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and present insights.</li><li>Displays strong business acumen, problem solving skills and growth orientation</li><li>Demonstrates high level of accountability and ownership</li><li>Demonstrates strong stakeholder management and a collaborative approach to get stuff done</li><li>Ability to challenge and influence senior stakeholders constructively.</li><li>Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills</li></ul>Find out more and apply now. Bring your energy.
