Work closely with suppliers to develop and continuously improve quality processes and systems.<h1>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</h1><ul><li>Responsible for all internal SQA operations, budgets and personnel</li><li>Work as a member in the Corrective Action Board (CAB)</li><li>Report and chart supplier quality measures</li><li>Implement quality standards and serve as the management representative responsible for quality programs</li><li>Develop quality programs that exceed customer expectations and requirements while meeting cost targets</li><li>Maintain a positive, professional working relationship with our customers and supplier base</li><li>Willingness to accept and delegate authority</li><li>Accurately maintain company records and documents in accordance with policies and procedures</li><li>Perform "make" versus "buy" analysis</li><li>Responsible for the development and continuous improvement of supplier certification programs.</li><li>Responsible for supplier audits and corrective/preventative actions</li><li>Develop audit training manual</li><li>Develop and supervise audit exchange program</li><li>Responsible for coordinating supplier analysis of failed components including account debits as required</li><li>Interview, supervise, appraise and discipline employees.
