Officer Admin &amp; Facilities Location : Seawoods Office (Navi Mumbai) Reporting to : Manager - Administration Key Responsibilities: Routine Office Administration &amp; Facilities Management - Oversee day-to-day administrative operations and ensure smooth functioning of office facilities. - Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance, housekeeping, and other facility-related services. - Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures related to office operations. Events Coordination &amp; Support - Assist in planning, organizing, and executing internal and external events. - Liaise with vendors, venues, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful event delivery. - Manage logistics, materials, and post-event documentation. Travel &amp; Accommodation Management - Handle air travel bookings for staff and guests as per company travel policy. - Coordinate hotel reservations and local transport arrangements. - Maintain records and ensure timely submission of travel-related expenses. Office Stationery &amp; Printing Services - Manage inventory and procurement of office stationery and supplies. - Coordinate printing requirements for internal and external communication materials. AMC &amp; Coworking Partner Coordination - Monitor Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) for office equipment and infrastructure. - Act as a liaison with coworking space partners for facility-related matters. - Ensure service level agreements are met and issues are resolved promptly. Staff ID Card Management - Handle issuance and renewal of ID cards for permanent and contractual staff. - Maintain accurate records of ID card distribution and validity. Office Asset Management &amp; Audits - Maintain asset inventory and ensure proper tagging and tracking. - Support internal and external audits related to office assets and facilities. - Coordinate asset disposal and transfer as per company guidelines. Office Safety &amp; Compliance Reporting - Prepare and submit office safety management plans and reports. - Maintain registers for evaluating compliance with legal and other statutory requirements. - Support implementation of safety protocols and emergency preparedness measures.
