Curious about what this role entails? Let’s dive in:</div><br><ul><li>Support administrative operations at our Service Center, including document handling and scheduling.</li><li>Assist with workflow and process entries in internal systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance.</li><li>Handle training-related billing processes, including invoice preparation and tracking.</li><li>Organize and maintain training contracts with proper documentation and version control.</li><li>Provide general operational support to empower our engineers and clients.</li><li>Contribute to the smooth operation of our Technical Training System.</li></ul>                            Your profile<br>                                <div>That sounded great, right? To make sure you feel happy and successful in this position, it would be fantastic if you bring the following background:</div><br><ul><li>Currently studying in engineering, business administration, management, or related fields.</li><li>Good understanding of administrative workflows and attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Strong communication and coordination skills across teams.</li><li>German and English at B2 level or above.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).</li></ul>
